I cut the fabric into pieces with a pair of scissors and stitch them together using needle and alumnus thread, during the process of which all kinds of emotions begin to surface. I see art as a form of sacrificial ritual, a mediator between God and myself. I convert pain and suffering into artistic symbols in my quest for transcendence, and dedicate everything I do and everything I am to the almighty God.（Lin Chun-ju）
