Pink is an amazing color. Contrary to the bright, vibrant primary colors, pink gives a warm yet somewhat lonely feeling. While it seems to be within one's grasp, it is also fleeting and evasive. You tell me that men fall in love with the pink when they reach a certain age, because it helps them hide something that is changing inside themselves. Is that true? Maybe. I don't know. Perhaps it is not so much about hiding something, but more to do with the color itself being inherently ambiguous. Or perhaps, pink may signify parting in some sense, or even aimless, endless waiting. A sense of loneliness and helplessness as a result of prolonged waiting. (Hsu Fan-hsuan)
