Between each line and color masses, there is a seam. And the seams create an special space in a painting. I never make drafts because I want to feel the unique vibes of the seams. Sometimes it takes a long time to complete a painting, but sometimes it does not. In the creative process, the music that I listen to, the images that I watch, and the feelings that I have are all influential to the painting that I work on. Therefore, every painting of mine carries different sentiments, and the characters in the paintings continue to transform. Dots--they work magic. They not only make a painting different, but also help me develop a unique state of mind. Whenever I fill a dot with colors, I feel peace. In a way I also fill my inner void. The Little Green also expands our visions on costumes. I believe a painting like this can be applied to costume design. In turn, the costumes can be a kind of painting art.
