步步蓮花 Lotus Steps

Artwork ID 09600321
A lotus flower is split on two bare feet. The work presents profusion, isn't an empty image, but rather satisfies the viewer's desire at a steady pace. The work doesn't use excessive decoration, and doesn't contain any language that conceals a difficult message. There is just the distinct form of a body which gives the viewer something to think about. The meaning of the work is “the lotus flower blooms beneath each step.”
