Outlines and faint brush strokes are used to depict close-up of mountain rocks, borderless flat surfaces recreate the vast structure of rock cliffs, and the dense-to-light ink blocks are detached and overlapped to recreate an aged but reserved atmosphere. The dry rocks are strong but featureless, and yet highlight the importance of mildness. Nothing is meaningful without life. We should respect our life resources and be of harmony with Mother Nature, only so would we co-exist with the environment. (Shi Wang-cheng)
