A “staggering matter” literally means “an enormous, amazing event or object.” Metaphorically speaking, it also suggests that this event or object staggers a lot and finds no support. In this three-channel video artwork, I try to describe a human body that is squeezed and bound by huge and invisible pressure. This body has to do with myself, my memories, and my feelings for the external environment.
